Prepare the resume

Your resume is our first impression of you so in this step you have the occasion to give us a clear image of you and your background.

We suggest you not to grab your last resume and tweak it a little bit, but to start with a blank new one, to craft it around the offering you are applying for. Be specific about projects you’ve worked on or managed and tell us what were the outcomes. Are you a recent university graduate or have limited work experience? Tell us about your projects or coursework that demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge. And above all, keep it short and sweet - we’ll delve deeper on details during the interview.

It’s interview time

If we believe you might be a match for a job you’ve applied for, we’ll start the hiring process

Be it online assessments, short virtual chats, project works or in-depth interviews, in the end we want to assess your skills and see if you and this role are a match with both structured interviewing and open-ended questions.. It’s also the occasion for you to ask us questions and see if we are a good match for you.

Initial offering

After your interviews are done, we’ll bring everything together from your application and interviews and review it.

When evaluating candidates, we gather many different perspectives deciding if you're the best candidate for the role. If the decision leads to a positive outcome, we will reach out to you with an offer.
